My fitness goal is.. To go up and down the stairs everyday except Thursday instead of taking the elevator.
I can acheive this goal by putting 'take stairs' on my calendar for everyday except for Thurdays. CHART=

I have been doing my P.E. goal everyday so far except for Thursday.

I think my plan is working out for me because I am remembering to

on Saturday, November 28th I went to the Korean market to shop. I was there
with mom and dad. If you still don't believe me, go ask them yourself. Also I will
